Expedia wanted to improve its search traffic for destination information while at the same time increasing sales of destination-based experiences such as day-trips, food tours and venue tickets. Tying into Expedia's Find Yours global campaign, I led a team to create a hub for destination activity guides written by leading travel bloggers. Each guide was accompanied by dynamic offers for the activities included in the article or videos. The program increased high-margin sales of add-on activities significantly and was recognized aby the head of SEO for having an important significant impact on improving rankings for priority destinations.
