Although primarily a PR agency, Waggener Edstrom was also one of Microsoft's first digital agencies. As one of the leads of it's digital group, I was responsible for building digital content, maintaining sections of Microsoft.com and managing messaging and assets for dozens of product launches each year.

The Lone Server was a character designed to represent the last remaining Windows Server 2003 in production and get IT leaders ready to upgrade. The character included a robust social media presence and this backstory video.

Led the development of multiple online lookbooks and catalogs for Microsoft devices and solutions.

Created a solutions portal to help tell Microsoft's security story across products and applications. Additional projects included messaging and content for Microsoft Security Response Center and supporting the launch of Defender.

Developed a variety of interactive explainers for Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint, BizTalk Server, Exchange and other enterprise infrastructure services.

Managed MSN and Bing newsletters and marketing automation programs across a variety of topics from entertainment to online safety.
