How to Eat Better . . . A Guide

So if there is any subject with an overabundance of blogs its marketing — kind of the focus of this one. The other over-saturated topic is  food. But, hey, everyone has to eat.

So, to contribute to the noise, I’ve  started an eating guide.  Note, this isn’t my first, I think I’ve started and abandoned at least two others over the last 8 years.

Some primary rules of blogging include having a point of view and having a unique voice. For people who know me well, food is one of my passions. I don’t consider myself a foodie — meaning I don’t run out and try the latest restaurant or follow what the latest celeb chef is doing, but I do like to eat and I like to cook. I’d describe my cooking style right now as exploratory rather than gourmet, and this notebook reflects that.

How to Eat . . . Better isn’t about dining or cooking, it is just short takes on eating with a bit of snarky  humor. If anyone wants to participate let me know, I’d love to have a few friends share there thoughts here as well.
